Medication reviews
The doctors at the Practice regularly review the medication you are taking. This may involve changes to your tablets, in accordance with current best practice guidelines. Please be reassured that this will not affect your treatment.
We recommend you book your annual medication reviews with our Practice based Pharmacist. This may require monitoring blood tests, which need to be booked at least 1 week prior with the HCA. It is very important that you attend these appointments, as it keeps you safe whilst taking medication and Doctors are unable to sign prescriptions certain medications without review.
