Barney is currently working as a Care Co-Ordinator within the Centre, since being the local Link Worker for the PCN, and here to facilitate the community approach we take to embed the model into our Centre to help our well-being and benefit from a joined up holistic approach to care. He works Mondays to Thursdays.
