Dr Razak is a full-time GP partner and GP Trainer at Golborne Medical, having trained and worked in the area since 1997. 

Having studied MBBS & Pharmacology at Imperial College, she holds additional Postgraduate qualifications in Medical Education, Maternal & Child Health and has special interests in Diabetes, Technology and Practice Development. 

She leads on Interprofessional Education for West London, heading the RIPEN research & training hub, with a focus on improving the care of long term conditions through collaborative working with local specialists, and running educational events to upskill our clinicians to provide high quality care.  

The current programme is on Hypertension diagnosis and management, a common condition which is under diagnosed but easily treated, working with a wider team to empower patients with their numbers improve longevity, with previous areas of focus on Diabetes, winning Highly Commended in the HSJ awards for the transformation work that led to the highest outcomes for her patients and then the local network.

Dr Razak worked as Associate Director and then Clinical Director of Neohealth Primary Care Network (PCN) from July 2018 until August 2022 to support the health of the local population,  helping the PCN achieve 2 national awards for supporting COPD patients with Imperial & Community outreach in Covid, via Community Immunity.

She works closely with the College, having finished her term on the Imperial College Court and remaining as a Imperial College Trust Board member, and has been invited to join the King’s Fund Policy Council.
