This year‘s national patient survey shows our patients appreciate & trust the service at Golborne Medical – West Ten GPs, with higher ratings in nearly all areas compared nationally to other GP services, including helpful receptionists (98%), sufficient time given for health care needs in appointments (94%), supporting mental health (91%) and both trust & involvement of patients in their care (both 98%)
95% of our patients have said their patient needs were met in their last consultation.
National GP ratings have suffered in the pandemic with only 72% now having a good overall experience, but Golborne’s multi disciplinary team have maintained a 93% rating for overall GP experience & 95% of patients have said their needs have been met.
